I personally help out at the food bank.

an help pick up trash at the lake .

I help elderly people around this area.

I feed the homeless. Because I've been there myself many times. A little thing could be something big to someone else. You're the light that might help someone find their way. I myself it's too late for , so I try to help so others don't have to be like me. Live in darkness for years. It's horrible. Have a prison in your own mind .
